I have been looking for a class for LW8, I have had it for over a year now and just cannot make it with the video type classes, as when stuff does not work out, you are left asking a video questions. Ack! Are there any classes that can get one started in LW8 or places where you can go with questions?

I know that all of the videos myself and KURV sell come with unline support via my support forums or the kurv support forums. :)

I just put up my copy of 3d garage signature courseware for sale on ebay.

I watched it 2 times and its like new. Best training out there in my opinion.

I would recommend Larry Shultz's training videos, he's a very knowledgeable guy and explains things step by step, watch one of his http://www.3dtrainingonline.com/support/ free videos to get a feel for it

Absolutely, I have several of his as will. I really like the Tips and Tricks Series. I just don't happen to be parting with them at the moment. (gonna hang on to them for the time being)

The Signature Courseware is great too. Especially if you are wanting to start from the beginning.
