Short of using an intercom you can shout to your camera operators, but that can interfere with the production.

The other alternatives are using intercom systems that are less expensive.

Here in the states, I've seen FRS frequency two-way radios used.

There has also been discussion at ChurchMedia.net of folks using inexpensive (compared to most commercial intercom systems) cordless telephones as intercoms - http://www.churchmedia.net/CMN/video-production/28191-335-amazing-4-channel-com.html#post164350

not 2-way, but we use the mini radio transmitters for ipod/ mp3's and small low cost receivers.

The broadcast audio and gallery/directors instruction are mixed (we use an aux bus on our main audio mix; have used a cheap $50 audio mixer) and then broadacast over the 80 meters or so we need.

This gives a clear, consistant instuction feed to the crew.

Have you thought of mounting your camera(s) on a Bescor tilt & swilve device and remotely controlling the camera thru a LANC controller?

If not... use your cell phones with blue tooth headsets make sure you are all on the same system and have unlimited cell to cell minutes (AT&T has a plan like this) Or better yet is you all have Nextel phone you can do groups and push to talk...
