it is possible to make an initial state for particle or all dynamics?

You can set the position of surface points on objects, like cloth by moving points in modeler forming initial wrinkles. Then clothFX will further deform the cloth based on your effectors like wind, gravity and etc. I don't know of a way to manually set point positions from a partical generator, but you can generate and dynamically effect particles prior to the frame where you start rendering. With enough trial and error you can get them generally where you want them.

However, I'm not sure I understand the question. What are you trying to accomplish?

Thanks, i just want the same feature than Realflow did!
Imagine you pour a class with particle emitter so when the class is full and the liquid is stable you make a "initial state" It's like a reset for the timeline but no for particle, so you can start a new simulation from there.
