Hi,
Does anyone know if there is a way to Create a procedural texture and have it being projected as a sphere instead of using X,Y or Z projections ?

I take it youre trying to use a procedural texture as a displacement map.
Fractal noise and a couple of others dont need a projection axis.
If you use bump or normal displacement you dont need a projection axis.

can you explain what result you trying to achieve

Im trying to make the honeycomb bump appear evenly over the sphere
but on texture option window I only have the choice of x,y or z projections.

Apply it as a UV map using nodal or render it on a polygon, save it out and use that as a texture map.
