hey all. come across another site that has some nice stuff. no lightwave love, but quite a few people here have zbrush so i figured i'd pass this along http://gnomonology.com/ i bought the 2 female anatomy vids and was very impressed. they're not very thorough as far as holding your hand thru all the steps. but if you've played with zb3 to any extent, you should be able to figure it out. within 2 hours, zack petroc creates a model that is amazing in detail (and he says multiple times that he's holding back due to time constraints) and shows you how to go about doing it in a professional manor. looking at the normal mapper vids next. on a side note, has anyone heard when meats meier's new "intro to zb3" is coming out? had heard something about it weeks ago, but can't remember where.

on a side note, i did send them a post saying that it would help them a lot to have some free previews of their vids. i was skeptical at first on going by just the pics they had up. helps to "hear" the instructors voice to know if it is something that you will learn from in advance to dropping the cash. most other sites that offer video instructing have this

Thanks Bloontz, great link for the basics of ZB3. My only quibble with the speaker is that he says obviously and of course alot. Such, "Tool X obviously does Y" But if it were a complete case of the obvious, we wouldn't have any use for these vids. Just a minor annoyance.

But great link nonetheless.

sorry. i didn't even look at those. i downloaded the movies. took a while. wouldn't allow my download accelerator. but well worth it. and on the 3d trainer vids, i felt the same way as that the guy doing it was not very interested in making the vid. like he was wasting his time. just my opinion.

I had only looked at the last few 3DTrainer vids and they seemed nice and to the point. After looking at some of the others I see what you are saying.

Borkus, Meats' Intro to Zbrush 3 is supposed to be released on the 20th, here's the link-

I think I'll have to buy that one.
