Hi everyone, I'm trying Lightwave for 3D animation. Hoping someone here can answer this for me....

I've created a cube (made a box and used the bevel tool to stretch into a cube). I have imported a picture and used it as a texture. In "Texture Editor - Color", I have the projection set to Cubic.

The problem is, the picture is shown the right way on 3 sides (X, Y, Z), but on the opposite 3 sides, the picture is mirrored.

How do I make it the same orientation on all 3 sides?

Make a new surface for the three sides that aren't mapping correctly. Adjust the map or the orientation until everything's correct.

pressing 'n' while making the box, brings up the numeric panel, and you can adjust the 'radius' to give you the bevelled edges, and ajusting 'radius segments' will add extra polygons to round out the bevel. quick and easy.

hope this helps, stevmjon
