View Full Version : Weird shadows

Can anyone tell me why I get these anomalies in the shadows. I'm test rendering with shadow maps and radiosity. I don't get any problems with shadows cast from relected light. It's been driving me nuts as I have had to move lights to less than ideal positions to get around it.

The point where the shadow gets cut off is the border of the cone of your shadow-mapped spotlight. Set a window to "Light View" to find out what your light can "see" and adjust its position so the entire model is visible.

Thanks for the reply.:thumbsup: A real newbie error. I didn't tick the Shadow Map 'Fit Spotlight Cone' box.
