Will NewTek be giving out SIGGRAPH 2007 "Exhibits Only" passes and/or codes this year?

Well as Kurtis said, infomation to get the passes will be at then end of the month. You really don't get the passes till you go and pick it up at the show. See you all there.

Sorry. Lots of things going on here right now, and the SIGGRAPH page isn't ready yet. You can go ahead and register for a free Exhibits Only pass though, using the code New1093.

Is the 'Exhibits Only' pass good for multiple days, or only one day?

How about the $40 'Exhibits Plus' upgrade?

Kurtis

The Exhibits Only pass is good for all three days of the Exhibition part of SIGGRAPH. The upgrade is optional and something you would have to pay for yourself.

The upgrade is optional and something you would have to pay for yourself.Yes, of course, I pay the $40...was just wanting to confirm I can pop in/out of the show over the several days at my leisure. Last time (L.A. '05) only had one day to soak in as much as possible.

I just got my reservations and exhibits plus pass. I'm going to start another thread about who is going this year.

I don't have all the details on me, but I believe the biggest benefit for the $40 upgrade is a ticket to the Electronic Theater.

Nope. That's either $25 or $50 extra depending on what time you want to view it. The plus is certainly worth it though. The website breaks out all the differences. Thats the package I opted for - $65 total.

I believe Kurtis is right. The way I read it, the added $25/$50 cost is for an additional person. The $40 Plus option does get you into the Electronic Theater, but not your guest.

I guess I should have read it more carefully, huh? So, does anyone want to be my guest?

well, I went back to the registration page and this is what it says:

"Exhibits Plus One Day registration does not include technical documentation or tickets to the Electronic Theater or Reception."

Downtown party this year? I'd love to see everyone in "non-CG" mode. :D

"Exhibits Plus One Day registration does not include technical documentation or tickets to the Electronic Theater or Reception."uh oh...

well, that sucks

Apparently it says "Animation Theater" not Electronic Theater
