Hello Hello

Im selling my 3 month old pride and joy so i can go for a laptop. Will be doing a bit of travelling about for the next year or so...time for it to go....sob

Main Rig

Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 (Ninja fanless cooler...no noise!)
2Gb Ram (2X1Gb) CorsairTwinX XMS2, DDR2 PC6400 (800))
XFX GeForce 7950GT XXX 512Mb (Silent...no fans)
2 x 250Gb Seagate Barracuda 7200.1 Hd
2 x Sony Black 18x DVD±RW

Gigabyte GA 965P-DS3 Motherboard (quad core capable)
XP Pro (no disk but i have a spare license)

Cost me £1100 in Jan time but im only looking for £850 o.n.o now for it. I still have the box for the case so it will be well packaged for delivery but i would recommend collection from Glasgow, Scotland.

I also have 2 viewsonic 19" screens. One has a mark that ill sell for £80 and the other for £110

Spare Rig

I also have another PC which is

AMD-64 3400+
1.5Gb Ram
1 x 120Gb Maxtor Hard Drive
1 x 160GB Maxtor Hard Drive
ATi Radeon 9600 Pro 256Mb AGP
Brand new case (Just tranferred the hardware over to a clean and nice box)
Asus K8N Mobo
1 x CD-RW/DVD Combo
1x Sony DVD-+RW
6 x USB Ports

Im looking for £300 for this. Still a very capable 3d machine. Good render farm addition or just a good spare family PC still games well too.

Forgot to say...if anyone buys the comp ill throw in the 6.1 surround speakers for free. They aren't the best looking but the pack a punch andare great for gaming or party's

Does it overclock well?

Ive not really tried very hard. Im too lazy to sit for hours tweaking FSB and ram timings. Had it @ 3.0 for ages but only really saw the difference when rendering which i havent been doing very of recently. The temps only went up by 1 or 2 degrees. The Synth Ninja is an awesome cooler

Ive heard stories of people getting E6600 up to 3.4 on air and 3.8 with water cooling.

was hoping for this to go to a good 3d home but ive not had too much interest.

Ill give it until end of the week then ill stick it all on ebay and see what i can get.
