I'm trying to get in contact with the support to find out what they need from me to replace my lost duo-dongle. So far I've yet to recieve any word from them, and it's been 4 days ago I sent the first of three emails.

Does anybody know how fast LW support usually awnsers? I need LW at work!

In my experience they don't

Lost Dongle replacement cost = $200

Stolen Dongle replacement cost = $35

(both) add shipping cost

You will need a police report for stolen dongle

@caddaraman: Oh my! $200 for a new dongle?!
Whew... alot of cash... but then again, better to pay up than to throw the whole LW-lot away. But still...

Do you know what more they need in terms of serial-numbers and the like?

For those still reading this thread and wonder why Support takes their good time: Within the hour of this post, I got numerous replys from different departments and all the help I needed. :thumbsup:

I guess they might be swamped with people wanting their attention. So they do reply and you do get help, but it might take awhile. Perhaps (and this is a guess) there always is an increase in support-tickets after a new version is released.
