hi im using 9.0 and 9.2. something strange thing occur,
when i rotate polygon mesh edge...in modeler, they rotate as their pivot is world origin.so it very hard to control.(very hard to modeling)
i think the pivot should be axis that mouse pointer are.
i think lw7.5 act like that.actually i forgot how lw7.5 act with rotation.

do i miss something?

There are different modes at the bottom of the Modeler UI that let you change where tools effect the View Port such as Action Center Mouse or Action Center Origin and there are a couple more.
