Hi ..

I made a simple node setup for texturing a jewel but I still didn't achieved what was in mind.

actually maybe I used the wrong nodes
this is what I've done

is there anyt way to make this node reflective ?

How about dragging/connecting the color layer color to the surface reflection in the surface box?

Instead of the standard node, I think you need another dielectric node. so that you get some internal reflection. A bit of refraction blur and some refraction dispesrsion might help.

Keep in mind that second dielectric node will add some time to the render, but it will look so much better :)

Do you have double sided polys turned on in the surface panel? That needs to be on to get the reflection.

The models aren't technically accurate..
