One of the main uses I have for Image viewer is to easily compare the render results to see which way to go. When the computer reboots (or something like that) I can't load the images that I was using to compare before the crash. So I have to load the images as backgrounds and render them (yes, I constantly save them) before I load the scene. If I forget, I have to clear the scene, do that, and reload the scene. Easier to just click load and add to stack.

It would be even better if I could load and save the entire tree of renders. That is all the images currently in image viewer so that I can load them all in one step, in the same order they were.
