View Full Version : Omega and bump/normal information

Is there any way to make Omega see this information? I have the feeling that Omega doesn't take this info into account and just uses the polygon to render. Can anybody please confirm this or offer a workaround?

Actually it's 9.0. My object is pretty larger (1km in diameter) and the penetration depth is 25m. I hoped somehow the bump should make a difference on the appearance of the object, but unfortunately it doesn't. I need to fake a volumetric cloud and rely on a SSS shader. Although I'd like to go for another way, but HV don't work in my case and I can'T get Dynamite to have a decent bumpy surface. Unfortunately the settings make no difference if I use a LW texture with Dynamite.

So any guesses or solutions are welcome
