Hi all. Actually, Im again working on my "demoreel". Meanwhile I have started rendering all animations new in bigger resolution, and so I had to update this old beronlomp image I did one or two years ago, to make it look better even in HD. Thanks for viewing, hope you like it.

i like this atomospher.
boundary between the mountain and the sky should be more hazey i think.
if it is more foggy this image is perfect for me.

It looks really good, but the mountains, in my opinion, sort of kill it. I think apart from them, the image looks excellent. Love the lighting btw.

I have to agree - the stuff up front, particularly the rutted road is just awesome. But the mountains do let it down more than a little...

put haze over 'em mountains, and this will look awesome!

Actually you could just drop the mountains entirely I reckon...

Bloody ****!!! Very nice modelling and texturing and everything but have to agree about the mountains... they do ruin an otherwise excellent image! Love all the details in the road and the houses etc!

Eh, I htink the mountains fill it in nicely, but they could use some work. Maybe lower them so they're not so peak-y

I just love how you've done the snow on the ground (and tyre tracks) - how did you do that?

The texture on the mountains just looks too "crumply"... work on the texturing on them and that will complete the scene :)

As it is, everything in the foreground is great!

Hey man, love it.....the bottom left corner plant, did you forget a alpha on the leafs???

Just wonder but i agree with everyone else on a little fog effect can go a long ways.

Really beautiful work. Re the mountains, we're a tough crowd here because we all recognize a procedural- others may be less aware. If you want keep the mountains it might be worth layering a few procedurals to break it up a bit- and yes more 'air' between the forground and the mountains would make a big difference. Other than that a perfect job.

Me too - also the fir trees look kinda weird to me.
The rest of the scene is beautiful. Great snow, and lovely modeling and texturing on the other objects.

I agree with the mountains problem... maybe some clouds help?
