I'm posting this for Asa who doesn't have account here

If the DivX doesn't work, replace .avi with .mpg.

I'm sorry, what's going on here? What's the point?

Made in LightWave?? Wow! With ASA_LASI, then, I suppose... Looks real to me... :)

Ya know, much is to be said for the fact that you have made a complete short film! Start to finish! Credits and all! Great job.

So many of us (me) have made small clips of something that we are toying around with, but have not completed a film. Great job done well now get rolling on the next one which now that you have a head of steam will take no time at all to flatten out the details, and you can hit the road with yet another - well done short.

So I should learn form this do something until done. Be it short and sweat or otherwise.

Thank you.

Excellent - lots of fun. Shows a lot of skill in concise storytelling, something lacking in most LW posts (not that I've anything to boast about).

Rather a sad comment, I thought. If you're wondering what the point is, you've rather missed it and I'm not sure it can be explained. Didn't enjoy the anim?

Made me chuckle :)

Pauland: I don't know what I'm looking at. Is it claymation? Why does it say 1977?

The plot thickens! Is it Lightwave or is it really old Clay - Claymation?? Stay tuned, same bat channel same bat time!

So let us see a wire frame, screen shot, poly count, or something.

Still a good short project if done by someone new to either lightwave or stop action. Oh no Mr. Bill!!!!

ha! great fun.

There! I'm not the only one who doesn't know what the hell it is, Paul. Sad comment? I think not! A little explaination with the post would have been nice.

If LW, then it's great.
If clay, it's not as great and I don't understand the point of it being presented here.

Is the title of this thread not "Claymation in LW "?

what needs explaining? title says it all imo.

All or part?

and why 1977? Just to be cute?

LW modeling & animation all the way, with buffers exported at rendering (buffersaver, anyone?) and then composited back together in post, effects included. I think that was the general workflow..

Well then, it's quite remarkable.

Sweet... a nice fusion of Outsider Art, Lightwave and Play Dough...
