Hey guys... here is a pretty cool project that lightwave helped out a lot in.
It's an online 3d world, flash.
Please play with it, check for bugs, report issues, comment etc. :)

Ha! nice :)

Very well executed and very silly.
No problems here. occasionally the text was obscured by something but shifting the view fixed it. Those yellow boxes over the flower text make reading harder but not impossible. I dont think they need to be over the text box, unless you really did that on purpose.

Was this just for fun, or is there a purpose here?

It was originally for a very large corperation, each object in the scene representing their top 100 companies. They loved it but decided to spend the advertising budget elsewhere. So it turned into a paid just-for-fun project. ;)

How was the framerate and what speed sys did you check it on?

Thanks. I did most of the inner world design. Our flash girl did the outer design and programming.

It was totally smooth on a PD 2.8 with a GF6800 card.

I liked the 2D intro work also.

Very nice design, it was fun too stroll around. Nice job!
Framerate was a bit chunky here but with Layout rendering in the background that shouldn't come as a surprise :)

heh, yeah that will indeed make your frame rate drop a LOT... Unless you set LW's priority to LOW in task man...

That was fun. I love good flash design.

why does no one incorporate ieupdate.js? Am I the only one using I.E. still?
