Hi,

I am working on a saloon interior and was carrying out a test render but seem to be having a slight poblem.

I dont know if the Pc just needs a rest (I hope this is the case) or ifsomething has gone bad but I seem to be getting some render problems.

Near the bottom of the iimage you can see some bar beer pump hadels and taps and there seems to be some break up i them.

Any ideas why?

Hmmmm

Seems ot be a problem with objects with reflections on them.....any ideas folks?

Give us some info, like what shaders you're using, version of LW.

You can always do elimination tests too, do you get the error when reflections are turned off? Is there anything bright red in the scene? Turn shaders off?

Hi,

No shaders on at all.

All textures using bumps and the basic tab in surface editor.

I am using LW 9

No errors when Raytrace reflections are off or reflections are set to 0%

Nothing bright red in the scene.

I should also say that it doesn't happen i other scenes with reflecton on, jus this one.

How about removing all textures and rendering it? You can also upload a copy of the scene and objects so we can disect them -

I have found out the problem, seems to have been one of my lights i was using skytracer as an exterior and it didnt like it at all. need ot use another method, thx for all ur help.
