thanks for your help. tried motion blur but no help. Anti aliasing is set to 3 in example but I have tried the highest and the same result. rendering in frames. fields gives me a worse result. please take a look at the example.

What is your problem here? It looks good to me...
It doesn't have motion blur. If you wanna have motion blur (and your using LW 9) make sure its on in the 'rendering globals' panel AND the 'camera properties' panel.

Don't render in fields, its only used for television and animations renderd in fields will only look good on a television (or broadcast monitor).

After reading your last post and this one, I can't quite understand what's wrong, but I think you're talking about motion blur not appearing? make sure you have motion blur turned on in the camera options.. More antialising without switching it on will not show motion blur.
Apart from this, I don't know what else to suggest, unless you can be more descriptive in what you want to achieve?
