View Full Version : Display Problem in Layout

I'm just got my hands on Lightwave 9 and have it installed and running. However in Layout I'm running into a funny display problem. When I change my viewing position, zoom in and out, manipulate objects, move lights and cameras, the objects disappear and only there bounding boxes can be seen while in the process of making changes. However, after the change has been made the objects reappear. I've tried fiddling with the settings in Display Options and OpenGL tabs but to no avail.
Thoughts? Suggestions?

Set your bounding box threashold in the opengl tab to a higher number of polygons.

Mattc is correct however in LightWave 9.0 it is under the display tab. So if you are in LightWave hit the keyboard shortcut "d" and this will open the display options. The default is 1000 change it to something like 9,999,999. You don't need the commas but looks better in writing.:)

Resetting the bounding box threshold seems to have worked.
