View Full Version : Registration problems. (Europe user)

Last year I preordered a LW-9 upgrade (Vue bundel). I was already a registered user, so at register.newtek.com I was able to log in. I followed the instructions and entered my 10-digit code (from the Vue5 CD). I got this message:

We are sorry, but the number entered does not qualify for the LightWave v9 Download program.

I tried submitting the code several times, but I always get that message.

BTW, I have been able to download LW-9 under "my downloads", but nothing is showing under "my products".

Now, I've also read the PDF-instructions (http://newtek-europe.com/pdf/Registering_LWv9_for_NTE_customers.pdf) for Europe customers. It says here that "you almost certainly do not have a registration at NewTek since this is a new system".
Could this mean I have to re-register, create a new account, even if I already have a working account? It's really not clear to me. :bangwall:
