Trying to morph the letter "B" from one font to another but the points are not the same amount.

How can this be done when one object has a different number of points then the other.

Thanks

They can't be I don't think. One method would be to have your second letter B in the background as a template, and then simply drag your points to their new location - it shouldn't have that many points...

Should it?

make each letter as separate objects.
put each letter into the background of the other letter as a template. Give each letter a morph map where you move the points as darth mole suggests.
in LW put the 2 objects in the same physical place.
then, animate thier morphs so that the one you want to morph from starts at 0 then goes to 100, and then the one you want to morph to, goes from 100 down to 0. Animate the dissolve (found under the letter P in LW) of both objects so that the first one dissolves off justr as the second one dissolves on.

if you time this fast enough, or spin the object dramatically, it will work great.

just remember, the formula for good animation is :
bang > buck
and its corollary is:
if it looks good, then it Is Good, no matter how its setup.
