View Full Version : LW 9 Won't work :(

I received my copy today, and installed it properly with the USB dongle and the new Sentinel drivers.

Then I went to Newtek.com to registrate, I filled in my info (serial number and dongle scan) and went on to the licence key.

It said it created (written) my licence key, but when I startup LW it says I'm in Discovery mode.

Now I went over it again and saw my dongle scan has changed from 4 digits to 5. So I wanted to change my registration, but that isn't possible, this version is already registred, and there seems to be no way back?

What can I do, NT Europe is closed and I want to get LW started.

I get it, my LPT dongle was still in the computer together with the new USB dongle. Now it only works with the old dongle...

How can I reverse this to work with my new USB dongle..

That'll be a case of generating a new licence.key - I don't know if NTUS will do that for you, NTEur being closed (are they? Strange) - but they might given the circumstances. Phone or email and ask.

In the meantime, stick with the parallel dongle, I guess.
