View Full Version : Really hard to get the permanent licensekey

First there is a unique worldwide registration process announced. If I login into my account and type in the serial-number, I get a message to register at newtek europe. If I access the european site to register I am told to get a key if I requested a permanent key. To do this I login into my account and start again. But there never comes a permanent license key.

The last license key I got is a temporary beta license key valid till July 15th.

That's a kind of circle training without any success.

The only message I have got is:

"Dear User,

To get your LightWave v9 upgrade, please connect to your account on http://register.newtek.com. (If you do not have any account yet, go to http://register.newtek.com, select your country under New Registration headline, then click on Register.)

Once on your account home page, click on the grey LightWave v9 banner then enter the serial number of your LightWave [8] software eligible for a free upgrade to LightWave v9 or the serial number of your LightWave v9 pre-order upgrade. If you have several software that are eligible for this free upgrade, repeat this process for each.

Then, to get your permanent license key(s) for LightWave v9, click on the LightWave Code number.

What Code number? Where?

It's all OK. I found the number to click and have my serialno.
