View Full Version : No v9 Registration Upgrade?

For some reason on my "Products" page under registration, I still am only registered for "Beta Phase 5"; shouldn't this have been updated to a full v9 registration? My v9 download doesn't accept the beta key.

Has anyone else had this problem? Customer service hasn't yet returned my email from the weekend, so I don't know how the early upgrade program is supposed to work.

I'm not sure about your circumstance exactly, but I received my S/N for 9 via e-mail about a week ago, and the discs (though incomplete) showed up today. Give CS a call and attempt to get through, they should be able to get you set up.
