How do you figure out hex?

Happy B-Day!

Hexadecimal: this is also referred to as base-16. 0 thru 9 are standard digits. 10 thru 15 are represented by A, B, C, D, E, and F. Hence, 16 in decimal is 10 in hexadecimal; 19 in decimal is is 13 in hexadecimal; 30 in decimal is 1E in hexadecimal. 20 in hex is 32 decimal.

By the way, the Windows calculator.exe program, in the Windows\System32 directory, includes means to manipulate hex, decimal, octal, and binary numbers...
