Hello-

I just installed LW9. When I hit F1 (or pull down to Help:Contents) all I get in my browser is a picture of the "car robot" with the words "Lightwave 9 Help." There's no clickable links, except a text link to NewTek.com.

Please advise.

I have no problems with this, so it sounds like browser settings. There was a small foot note in the downloads page about problems with Flash on some sytems and how to fix it.

I don't see any footnotes about the flash usage on the downloads page.

I'm using safari on the mac, and i get a prompt telling me that that flash is trying to allow a local file on my computer communicate with an internet enabled location, anbd that this may be unsafe.... I just don't know where to disable this or how to specify just the help page being able to do this. thanks in advance..

archiea,

Have you been able to resolve the issue on your system? If not, please contact me privately on Monday, and I'll check with the documentation team for you.
