I have been saving downloaded vids, alot are Quicktime and are saved for quick viewing. These baseball ones download in explorer and if I want to save these so they do not have to be downloaded each time, do you know how to do this?
Thanks :stumped:

When I tried to run part 1 both yesterday and today from Cresshead's link, the audio was fine but the image was stuck on frame 1. When I tried part 2 this morning, its video looked great, but it had no audio. I tried them both in IE and Firefox. Same result. Hmmm. I have both of them saved on my computer from last December and those work fine. Are the ones online damaged?

Edit... Blast it all... I tried another MOV from the freebies and it also "spazzed." Then Firefox locked up and crashed. I wonder if it's my computer. Is anybody else having problems with Larry's site, or is it just me and my spazzing computer?

At the basic level, a baseball is just a cube that's subdivided. Create a quadball and a two-segmented UV map based on the edges that make up the seam, and it should be smooth sailing.

Im not sure what the problem could be. They ran fine here. Have you updated anything like quicktime lately?

I was using QT 7.0.3. and it was freezing up. I updated to QT 7.1 and the problem went away. My system has been a little quirky lately. It reminds me of this Apple ad (http://movies.apple.com/movies/us/apple/getamac_ads1/restarting_480x376.mov). Anyway, pro..........blem solved. Thanks, Larry.
