Which program(s) or plugin(s) am I expected to run if I need to influence and create direct lipsynced morphtargets to a voice.

A desirable scenario would be that I could type the words from my manuscript on a keyboard and then let the program or plugin make the morphtargets on my 3-model head get some live action.

Another option I wish to use is that I could record a wav file with the manuscripts spoken lines and connect it to the 3D model through this program...

My third wish is that it is happening live in realtime with no delay!

If anyone knows about a least one of these options... please let me know!

Mimic looks very good, but hasnt been update for long long time, are they(DAZ) still develope it any more??

They don't need to, yet; it's quite up-to-date and does what no other plug does barring smartmorph: use Absolute morphs. I think.

No matter. It is as good as it gets for lipsync. Kinda like Shave & a Haircut used to be the testbed for hair, mimic continues as the testbed for getting lipsync in and out the shop as quick as possible.

Not an employee of Daz. The have f()(k)d up the Hex 2.1 upgrade for me, so am not a fan at the moment. But mimic is solid. Mimic is what Morphmixer ought to be. Smartmorph is pretty awesome for what it does and the combo obviously is cool.

mimic and motion mixer as the pose creator for IKB is what I await. That is to say, a mimic/motion mixer type nle to work with IKB. Dreaming...
