View Full Version : Obect as an emitter

I have a coil where the inside is the surface (I flipped the polys) is the one I am interested in, and I am moving the camera through the inside of the coil, and it looks rather nice. I have a procedural texture applied to the coil surface and I have everything rigged correctly (motions, etc.) up to this point.

I want the coil surface to be an emitter, so I went to the coil object's properties dialog, dynamics tab, and added the emitter.

Now, how do you see the particles when you render? How will you see them if they are not hypervoxels? I can't figure this part out from the manual.

You will not see them in a full render unless you give them something visable, such as a hypervoxel or using FX-Linker to add objects to them. I can't think of anything else.

Use partigons, add HVs or FXLink
