Thanks Lernie. One thing that would be nice to see too is the ability to blend between MDD files or even parts of MDD files based on weight maps, part name, surface etc etc etc. :)

Since MDD files are just vertex changes on the same vertices it would be useful and interesting to be able to replace motions on an arm with motions from another arm and be able to blend between them. Any method of tagging vertices, be it weight maps, point sets, uv maps, vertex color etc would be a useful way of marking off areas you want to copy between.

FIs got something called Deform Follower thats interesting.
Also I have something called Displacement baker which will allow mdd files to also be controlled via the graph editor. Something like that would be nice too. )
