Hey, I got a question. When rendering videos and animations, I want to have some movement in clouds and water. I am using procedurals and I don't know how to animate them. How do I do that?

In the texture panel you have some tabs at the bottom, scale, position, rotation and falloff.
When you go to the position tab you can see the x,y and z coordinates of your texture. At the left side of the xy and z fields you can see buttons marked E

When you click that button you go to the graph editor. In here you can set keyframes for the position of your texture in time. This also aplies for scale rotation and falloff

Another way is to use a reference null. This will allow you to move, scale and rotate the texture using the null as a 'handle' :)
