View Full Version : NewTek Closed? Can not Register

Anyone know what gives? I call Newtek and they say it is after hours and yet I am calling well within the office and support hours.

As a result I can not register any of my Lightwave releases as I had to receive a replacement dongle. It claims I have used 2 and does not let me delete any of the entries. When I originally registered I transposed a couple numbers for the dongle key code. I had to enter it in again to correct the numbers.

Since I now have a new dongle I need a corrected license key. Does anyone know of a way to delete invalid dongle entries? It does not even prompt me to put in a dongle number.

Where is Newtek support?

Hi. About the hours, what day did you call? I think they are open only on weekdays, though I'm not sure. If you called Saturday or Sunday, then they are probably closed.
