Hello everyone

I have been going through the UVW Tutorials for Lightwave (Swoop Can, D4, and am currently working on the book). I was wondering if anyone knew about a plugin or a feature in Lightwave that allows you to just flatten or roll out the mesh along an X Y or Z access in an endomorph so that you could apply a UV Map for a complex organic model?

Thanks
Adam

There is a plugin they talked about a few weeks ago:
UVNeter: http://www.kurvstudios.com/software.php

I would also recommend UVNeter. Does a nice job of unwrapping in many cases. :)

Thanks I appreciate that info. Does anyone here know if ZBrush will work with lightwave for that as well or is it just an advanced paint program?

Zbrush works with LW especially in LW9 apparently :)
