Hi all

I've made som basic scripting for setting up my preview and key rows depending on which program-button i press.

Here is a sample:

CreateControl(160,160,255, ""):
{ AddCallback (MouseLButtonClick,
code( SetProgramRow(3)
SetPreviewRow(16)
SetKeyRow(16)
SetFocusToWindow( VideoEditor_DDR , 1)
FindModule( VideoEditor_DDR ) : {
SetCue(false)
SetPause(false)
SetPosition(0)
}
SetFocusToWindow( VideoEditor_DDR , 3)
FindModule( VideoEditor_DDR ) : {
SetCue(true)
SetPause(true)
}
)
)

}

It works perfect using my mouse and my screen.....but how do i make a "CreateControl" that uses my RS-8 instead of my mouse???... or can it even be done?

Thanks in advance

No, I'm afraid you can't reassign the RS-8 from Script.

You would need callbacks for the events generated by the RS-8. That would require a lot of work in C++.

John,

Would callback event info be available somewhere for a C++ coder to explore? :)

That info exists that info in a doc.
