I am curious what is techique for placing a control in a panel in a specific X, Y location?

Also how in Panel do can I tell if something has change and get the change.

Pointing to a specific example would be nice.

I think I figured out how to do get and set values of controls by using the GET_ macros.. But I am still interested in placing the control in desired position.

Also I place the logic in C++ class function for better organization.

If you're talking about XPanels, i don't think you can, the SDK explicitly says you have to give up some control with XPanels to allow Lightwave to handle them more flexible like embedding them into existing UI elements.
If you don't want that, use the "classic" panels, you have full control there. Also have a look at the lsid ("LScript Interface Designer"), descpite it's name it also can create drafts for Panel C-Code.
