Hello, everyone,

I was wondering what your favourite plugins for industrial visualization were?
In particular: What plugins make your technical animation tasks easier?

I'll start with...
Trailer (http://www.dstorm.co.jp/english/plugin/displace.htm) to make arrows follow a path and deform accordingly (e.g. arrows to illustrate airflow).
Fertilizer (http://www2.informatik.hu-berlin.de/~goetsch/Fertilizer/) to animate growing things.
LWCAD (http://www.wtools3d.com/) for technical modeling.

It would be great if you could add to the list.

Cheers,
Marc

Most of my work involves off-shore oil rigs and subsea drilling. So, in addition to the ones you have mentioned...

Shift_Spline_Transform & Hoser (part of Worley's Taft collection) for doing pipes and hoses.

HD_Instance for tons of high-poly objects.

Just about everything by PICTRIX.
