View Full Version : IK Bone setups breaking

I am working with some simple tutorials for bones, and have noticed that the set ups "break" or stop working, or forget what to do.

example: I make a functional IK chain with 5 bones that behaves right when I drag the goal around. When I want to experiment with different settings, I do a Save As, and fiddle with the new file. I close the scenes, take a break, come back, and when I re-open the scenes, everything is busted! As though I never saved (I did). All the bones scenes, tho separate files, seemed to be "communicating" the problem to each other, because they were all busted in the same way. As though changing one file changed all of them.

Is this happening to anyone else? If you can't save a file and have your work preserved, I can't see how progress can be made with scenes using bones.

Any ideas?
