Whenever I reload a scene that uses motion mixer I find the actors are messed up. Typically some of the bones are not where they should be.

Any ideas why?

I ran into a problem where I had 2 characters in the same actor, and both had a bone named "Head". Any animation that I had on that bone was lost as soon as I sucked the animation into motion mixer. I'd make sure that all bones have unique names, and that all bones are actually in the actor with all channels turned on.
