We are about to buy a Toaster System and a beast of a PC to run it. I am looking for any feedback to the specs of this machine, as most of the hardware is new.

INTEL SE7505 MB DUAL XEON/533FSB
INTEL XEON 2.66Ghz/512k/0.13u/2-WAY/533Mhz FSB x2
INTEL Server Case SC5250-E/450W/BLACK/FOR SE7505VB2
SEAGATE BARACUDA 80GB,ATA 100 for system
Intel® RAID Controller SRCU42L Ultra320
SEAGATE CHEETAH X15/36GB/15000RPM/8MB/ULTRA320/68PIN x4
ASUS DVD-R/RW,DVD-4xW
ASUS GF4 Ti4200-8X,128MB,DDR,DVI
WINDOWS 2000 Profesional SP3
Philips 19"" 109B FLAT MONITOR/0.25MM x2

And does anyone have any opinions on using LCD monitors
I have heard they can have a bit of delay?

Any help would greatly apreciated.

Paul

Check this price out....... http://www.videohardware.com/html/specials.html

I have dual LCD's (17" MAG's) and they work fine. I do use a broadcast CRT as my final output monitor, though.

Hmmmmm... I dunno'. That collection of gear looks marginal to me... Tell you what, if you loan it to me for a year or two, I'll work the bugs out for you and give it back (no charge)... :-):D
