Will shaders finally be supported in Fprime?

Also, is it still the plan to only support realtime OpenGL in layout for the color channel only? It would be nice to have at least bump channel as well.:D

I'm not sure how well having the bump channel working in OpenGL would be.

I can have on all channels with out too much slow down at all, but I think having bump would really bog it all down. Perhaps I'm wrong, and I hope I am, because I would love to be able to see bump maps. :)

Edit: Except for the transparancy channel, that one really is a bit wonky.

At work I am presently compelled to use a different software package as it is the only one for which our programmers have written our game exporter. CGFX shaders show up well in this package`s 3D view panel. They don`t badly slow things down. Since LW9 will have better integration of normal map tech, it would be desirable to have the option of enabling Open GL NM shading. Fingers crossed for an early implementation in the 9.n cycle!
