Boy, I just had a serious reality check regarding how fortunate we are to have Newtek tech support!!! I called Ulead tech support with a pre-sales question (I was considering upgrading to the full version of WS - WAS is the key word!) The tech told me in no uncertain terms that they would NOT answer specific questions regarding the trial version and would NOT provide support for it and that I could ONLY ask general questions. Well, when my questions proved a little too specific, he hung up on me!!!
They are just one big marketing machine, and you better buy the product from the marketing material, who cares if it does what you want it to do! And, if you can't figure it out from the trial then, take a hike!
Well, I hope Newtek makes their own DVD authoring built into VT and then dumps WS! Hopefully it is a temporary patch till they do thier own, like Speed Razor was a temporary patch!
