I have a rig set up but there not align the way i would like then so I rotate their pivots. when activte deform, my model is all twisted up & I can't figure out how to solve that problem...any suggestions?

Try resting your bones again, since they'll be using the original rotation values as the rest rotation.

i did rest my bones...i have to enter values for the heading, pitch & bank...i didn't know what to enter so i typed in zeros for all 3...& it made it worse :(

You shouldnt have to type in anything.
Your Rig should have a rest pose where the bones match the object.
Select all the bones and hit the r key to rest them again. It shouldnt
be more complicated then that. Also which version of LW are you using?
I would use the bone twist tool in LW8 rather then rotate pivot.

oh ok thanks...actually what i did was after rotating the bones i typed in the same numbers in the rest rotation & it fixed it...but thanks to your advise i won't have to do that anymore. i'm using LW 8.3, however i just upgraded to 8.5 2 days ago...i got tired of waiting for a bug release so i went ahead & installed it lol.
