View Full Version : Help with CreateJointMorph

I am trying to create a morph for a joint, but the weight map that CreateJointMorph tries to apply to the bone isn't the right one. It isn't one that actually exists, or shows up in the list of weight maps. It might be an old one that has been deleted though. When I try to rotate the geometry nothing moves.
Anyone got any ideas for fixing this?

You have to make all the weights up ahead of time in order for the skelegons to bend anything.If they are named exactly the same as a bone then it should work. Other than that you have to go into skelegon tree and point bone to the correct weight map.

Thanks Prospector. I had made up all the weight maps and named them the same as the skelegons, but it wasn't associating the two untill I did it manually in Skelegon Tree. Works fine now. :thumbsup:
