Are you using Limit Dynamic Range in the Processing panel? Cause it might be sparkling from using HDRI images...

It does look like HDRI specs,.. but I'm wondering if it is a clipping bump map.

It might be a bump map that's set too darned high. I managed to produce something like that once. Basically, the bump map was so severe that the shadowed pixels were turned so much that they faced the sun instead. The light level on those brighter pixels seems to be about as high as the sun-lit wall right to the left. Try reducing the bump or removing it entirely, to see if that helps.

That or HDRI specs, like Dodgy suggested.

Theres no hdr image,it's just texture enviroment. It seems it was the bump channels on the building surface.I cut the texture value back and it went away. There is some fog in there,i don,t know if the two combined caused this. Your replys took me right to the problem. thanks

Now onward to the details. scott
