View Full Version : Non-modal window for weight maps. beefed up schematic view

1. I would like to be able to work non-modally with weight maps in modeler. For example, if I have the RightBicep map selected for editing, I'd like the Set Vertex Map Value window to be open while I select points. When point(s) selected, window updates with current value (or mixed), and I can edit the value.

Ideally, I'd like to be able to do this in Layout.:)

2. Give the Schematic view more functionality. Epecially nice would be if when RMB on the background I could draw out a selection box over several like items at once (bones, cameras, etc) and have them all selected. Also, it would be very cool if I could save out a specefic schematic setup and reattach it to a loaded object. I don't like it at all that when I load items (like a character) from scene, my schematic for the item is lost and I have to reconstruct it.
