View Full Version : "Predeator" effect

I want to make a transparent monster (sort like "Predeator" movie), but I do not want to
render the background sequence and will use a still image
for background, how do I set the surface for this monster?
(Assume there is only 1 material for this object)

I'm not entirely sure what you're trying to achieve. If youre trying to get what I think youre trying to get, I don't see what the problem is...

I would just use a polygon that has your still background behind the charater, and use an alpha channel to extract it.
