Is there a whitepaper or a tutorial on how to utilize the templates in a live switching environment? Or did I miss it in the manual?

From what I have read, this would be an awesome method of putting our graphics on the screen, rather than coming in before hand and trying to anticipate everything with CG Designer.

Anyone got any help on this?

TIA. :) :) :)

Todd,
There is the documentation in the VT[4] Documentation folder on its use, and then there is an online tutorial (http://www.newtek.com/tricaster/tutorials/TCTemplates/) on the creation of your own custom graphics.

I've been looking into the Title Templates and have found them to be exceedingly useful for our needs. We've used them for two broadcasts now and have found they really are easy to manage.

It's far easier to teach our operators how to use Templates rather than CG Designer.

Thanks for the great addition to 4.5!

I agree Todd, it's a great thing to have Templates this easy to use as well as guarantee your output quality is never compromised.
