Since I am beginner in game development.
Can Anyone tell me how to put LightWave file or converted to x.file or any other format into Direct3D and how to script in VC++ to load the file into D3D?

I don't think that x file format is the best.Didn't you think about creating your own file format to read lw objects. It's not so difficult as you think. Download SDK and visit some user groups i think you will find lot of information about it. There is one more plus of this solution. If you creat your own file format you can put to this some extra features.
Think about it. I' making realtime demos on Lw. We have our Engine and we have very have "Lw object/scenes import system" who is converting it to his own file format. This system/solution is working very good

You should try Accutrans. Converts from everything to anything, including DirectX format.
