Hey All,

I'd like to show you an animation I did with 2 other people for my graduation.
We worked on it for 7 months, 25 hours a week, with homework and internships running besides it. We pulled it off, I hope you like it. It's our first short with a character so we hope we did I good job.

It's about a balloon who takes his fate into his own hands and tries to free himself from is current situation.

We are nominated for a the Zuid Hollandse Designersprice. We hope to inform you about the results on the 24th of november. Enjoy the movie.

@ JadaFecT

The server has to be fine, so you must be able to download it. If it doesn't work, try to get the latest version of quicktime (7.0) or te latest version of Windows Mediaplayer (10 I guess).

Do not use streaming, but download instead. The links are designed to stream, but sometimes it won't work.

Good luck, I hope you can see it sometimes. You can also try to type in 'Inflate Escape' on google.com. There are a lot of sites hosting our animation.

To the other posters, thanks for you reactions!!!

Excellent! Great character design, and a good story... you guys nailed it.

My favorite part (visually) was when the camera is following the cart as it careens down the hill. There was some awesome camera work in there.

Unfortunatly we didn't win the competition :thumbsdow . The jury thought our animation was extremely well made, but chose a project with more morality (it's wasn't even a 3d animation). Ow well, no luck. We hope to come with something new in 2006. I'll keep you guys posted!

I must say. That is one of the best LightWAVE short films, if not the best short film made with LightWAVE that I have ever seen.

On our site: www.wizworkz.com

...you can download movies that are compatible with your mobile phone. This is still a test, so if you want to try it out, inform us how it worked.

the format is 3GPP and your mobile has to be able to play videoclips.

Thanks!
